View on StockTwits ↗@kodiak13 - Your thinking of $AAC which liquidated (not sure why it’s still on stocktwits) … Though, Ares has a second spac still searching called $KDK … My hope is they try again for X-energy, since market conditions for this industry are now favorable.. 🤷♂️ It’s a long shot, but who knows.
View on StockTwits ↗Timing was off for $AAC to take X-energy public. Is the time right for $KDK to spac this nuclear rector company now? Seems right, given the huge energy needs of the Bluechip/FANG company’s investing in nuclear; and the nice performance of other nuclear spacs like $SMR and $OKLO 🤔 💭 Thoughts? (Yes, I know AACT can liquidate! But for me personally, it’s worth the risk - not for everyone in regards to risk tolerance.)
View on StockTwits ↗$AAC agreed to settle $3.75M with investors over misleading statements regarding the Company's business, operational, and compliance policies to avoid further litigation. And even if you missed the deadline, you can still file a late claim: https://11thestate.com/cases/aac-securities-settlement FAQ for the settlement: 1. Do you need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement? - No, if you have purchased during the class period, you are eligible. 2. How much money do I get per share? - The average sum is $0.18 per share, but usually, only 25% of all shareholders claim it, so you can get 4x more than this. 3. Who can claim this settlement? - Anyone who purchased $ACC at any time during the period from and including March 08, 2017, through and including April 15, 2019. 4. How long does the payout process take? - The entire process usually takes 4 to 9 months after the claim deadline. But the exact timing depends on the court and settlement administration. 5. Can I claim even if I missed the deadline? - Yes. It is still possible to file a late claim. The court will decide whether to accept late claims or not. View on StockTwits ↗$AAC adios to all my warrants, wasn’t expecting this although I’m sure this decision wasn’t overnight and the writing was on the wall for a long time
View on StockTwits ↗$AAC I'm out. Straight up stupid to cancel it after signing a deal with Dow.
View on StockTwits ↗$AAC I wonder what happens to warrants in this case? Only holding 1,000 @ $0.68 so not a big loss if they go to zero but genuinely curious.
View on StockTwits ↗$AAC X-energy will probably try to become public in the next couple of years but it makes sense to remain private right now given market conditions and how the stock price of $SMR is doing.
View on StockTwits ↗$AAC Seeking clarity. New to the SPAC space. So most will receive $10.79 per share? Thanks.
