Actuate Therapeutics Inc is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies for the treatment of high impact, difficult to treat cancers through the inhibition of glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK-3). It is developing elraglusib (formerly 9-ING-41), a small molecule that is designed to enter cancer cells and block the function of the enzyme GSK-3B, a master regulator of complex biological signaling cascades, including those mediated by oncogenes, that lead to tumor cell survival, growth, migration, and invasion.

$ACTU Only 160 watchers! Consinsus strong buy by analysts even with their financial issues. Why? Because their drug has had very successful phase 2 trials with adults. More results coming this year. How do they keep funding? Actuate officially established a $100 million at-the-market (ATM) equity sales agreement. According to the company's SEC 10-K filing, they did not sell any shares under this program through the end of 2025, leaving the full $100 million in remaining capacity intact moving into recent quarters. However, they have recently chosen to use traditional structured underwritten public offerings to secure immediate cash. The coming probable dilution is factored into the price and also into the price target of over $9. By the way, they have a good chance to get an FDA Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher (PRV). This is a couple years away, but if they do get it they could sell it to a large pharmaceutical company for $150 to $200 million!

View on StockTwits ↗$ACTU company has an active drug with elraglusib but a precarious cash position lasting until July. How does the company plan to move forward?
View on StockTwits ↗$ACTU positive developments include oral formulation of elraglusib. If there is preclinical evidence for synergy with RAS inhibitors, the company would be on significantly better footing. Ewings signal is real but TAM quite small.

View on StockTwits ↗$ACTU do we have any other monotherapy data for elraglusib aside from this prior study (https://aacrjournals.org/clincancerres/article-abstract/30/3/522/733553/Phase-I-Study-of-Elraglusib-9-ING-41-a-Glycogen?redirectedFrom=fulltext)? Combination with GnP for PDAC appears promising though with $RVMD future care would likely involve combining elraglusib with a RAS inhibitor.
View on StockTwits ↗$ACTU assigned Dr. Huber to its board, expanding the directors to eight.
