$ADM chatter on StockTwits

@Bayouballer @Options_Destroyer That's exactly what they are hoping! They want retail to suffer, panic, and sell. Two years ago I watched $ADM tank from $90's to $60 so I watched it for weeks and then finally bought around $59. Then they tanked it down into the low $50S and eventually down to the $40S I think. I waited them out, and for weeks I was sweating bullets that I was going to be called out of it at $80 this past weekend. I'm very happy I held and I look forward to selling the $80 calls again for July, or August. ADM is a lot like $AA in that most of our food comes from them and the world simply cannot survive without them. Alcoa dominates the aluminum industry, and civilization cannot function without it.

@bellgrand Thanks for the note on $ADM. The short-term bearish pressure from heavy Black Sea exports and Northern Hemisphere harvest should keep grain prices capped through June and into July. That seasonal window often creates a tactical entry point for volatility plays like $ADM, where grain handling, crushing, and merchandising volumes can expand during periods of farm stress and wide basis. The June 11 WASDE reinforced the structural bullish side with US all-wheat production cut to 1.543B bushels and ending stocks lowered to 744M bushels (20% below last year). This keeps the setup intact for a potential reversal once harvest pressure eases in late summer. Weather-driven yield cuts or demand surprises into fall would accelerate that turn. $ADM can capture volatility swings on either side here, though position sizing and stops remain essential given the seasonal cap risk.

$ADM "Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) stock is down 5.2% today, June 15, 2026, closing at $78.32. Despite the short-term decline, the stock is up 39.6% year-to-date and has gained nearly 60% over the last year. After a 64% surge over the last year, investors are questioning if the "easy upside" is already priced in. Some analysts view the stock as overvalued, with a fair value estimate closer to $74.22 In May 2026, ADM increased its full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $4.15–$4.70, up from its previous $3.60–$4.25 range. The finalization of 2026 and 2027 Renewable Volume Obligations (RVO) in March 2026 is expected to improve crush and ethanol margins. The company expects approximately $275 million in negative mark-to-market and timing impacts from Q1 to largely reverse in Q2.Cost Efficiency: ADM is targeting $500 to $750 million in aggregate cost savings over the next three to five years." @bellgrand Thanks for the question. Short-term bearish pressure from heavy Black Sea exports and Northern Hemisphere harvest should persist through June and into July. Classic seasonal weakness that often marks the annual low. The June 11 WASDE actually reinforced the structural bullish side: 2026/27 U.S. all-wheat production was cut to 1.543B bushels with ending stocks lowered to 744M bushels (20% below last year). That sets up a potential reversal once harvest pressure eases in late summer. Watch for any weather-driven yield cuts or demand surprises into fall. $ZW and $WEAT remain the cleanest vehicles for the eventual tightening, while $ADM and $BG can capture volatility on either side. What’s your time frame on this, and are you positioned in futures or the ag equities?
