Archer-Daniels-Midland is a major processor of oilseeds, corn, wheat, and other agricultural commodities. The company is also one of the largest grain merchandisers through its extensive network of logistical assets to store and transport crops around the globe. ADM also runs a nutrition business that focuses on both human and animal ingredients and is a large producer of corn-based sweeteners, starches, and ethanol.

@Toecutter1 $ALTO has a PE of 6 while industry average is above 15… $ALTO is the better investment while $AMTX with the small float can be the better trade. $AMTX is a going concern while $ALTO is cash flow positive posting net income every quarter. View on StockTwits ↗$ALTO I believe we are in for another strong October with oil approaching $110+, ethanol at a 3 year high and a strong Q3 waiting to be announced. PE sitting just above 6 is ridiculous while rest of industry sits in the teens…. This should be a take over target by $ADM or $VLO with revenues close to a billion with synergy opportunities for CCS that a big player will be able to realize. This management team needs to be put to rest and the co in more capable hands. GL Longs! Still believe we see $7+ before YEND!
