Ashford Hospitality Trust Inc is a real estate investment trust (REIT) operating in the hotel lodging industry. The company's portfolio consists of upscale and upper upscale full-service hotels, with its investment focused on acquiring and investing in upper upscale full-service hotels in the United States that have revenue per available room (RevPAR) generally less than twice the U.S. national average, through direct real estate ownership as well as equity and debt investments. Trading at 0.0× sales vs its 0.1× historical median P/S.
Fair value ≈ $12.21 · price $3.23 today
Fair-value line = the stock's median historical P/S × sales per share. Price below the orange line = cheap vs its own history; above = expensive. Not investment advice.

$AHT I took a look at all proforma after the sale of the last hotels. Those hotels are all operating at loss and in the last quarter AHT took impairments charges for those hotels. I think all impairments charges to date are for all hotels for sale. For Quarter ending June 30, 2026 the results wil lbe better The delevrage is a good thing because Ashford Inc. is doing almost nothing to improof hotels rentability.
View on StockTwits ↗$MPT I’m watching $AHT & $IHT Looking like they could potentially take a big leg up. Of course refinancing for $AHT Is it’s clear catalyst coming soon. It looks like the market in general is pricing in a possible 2 rate hike. So everything from here on that gets good buy volume is going to signal to be that the bottom is in. I know we have said it before on MPT, hard to know much with the shorts in full control of it. The crazy thing is that I highly doubt management understands at all the dynamics that move the stock price and how they could absolutely unravel the shorts if they took strategic action (long ways to go now) but previously would have been feasible.
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT Some indicators have broken out to the upside. When this happens, the price often follows. Now we'll see if the price can break above that downtrend line. It seems to me that it's at an interesting point, with an unusual volume pattern for this company. Good luck. 🐂 🍀
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT The Most trading activity we have had in this POS in a long time!
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT 400,000 shares in two days on 6.5M shares outstanding almost 10% of the float. Somethings are cooking ? A buyout ? USA economy going up, more business travels. AHT distress assets to be pick up on the cheap. I am imaging, something like Sooho Hotel, 4-5$ for shares and 17-20$ for prefered.
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT I have been saying it for months. MF'er getting closer and closer. Volume way up today!!!!!!!
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT All the hotel sales can be to bring AHT self manage like Braemar Hotel to put out Ashford Inc. AHT is needing 50M$ to put out Ashford Inc.
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT Excellent article that nails exactly where AHT stands right now. So if you want to update your AHT knowledge or get acquainted with AHT, this is a must read. https://everyticker.com/quote/AHT/analysis/ashford-hospitality-trust-a-2-98-bet-on-distressed-asset-value-amid-liquidity-crisis-nyse-aht
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT Check out the daily price action on this. Lmao. Buying all of the dips. Don't mind me though. I will be here with a bag to fill when it goes parabolic. Listen to the idiot's that only trade this because they have one brain cell and they will tell you to "head for the hills" But just ask yourself. If you actually know how to trade, then why are you wasting your time on something you don't believe in? I'll tell you why, because they don't know shit. They have NO idea how price actually moves in the market.
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT you can find quite few stupids here today. I sympathize with them as many are bag holders. Get some here - float is only 6M with 20% institutions hold.
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT pretty sure they will file bankruptcy soon. There’s no way this can continue, they have no capital and the debt far outweighs future revenues. They have sold so many properties that they can’t possibly generate enough profit to payoff the debt. Bankruptcy is the best option.
View on StockTwits ↗$AHT exactly….nothing of any value to say. Reverse split again and again and again. Trustbworthy management you say? LOL
