  $TYG I've decided to stay away from this until after the rights offering is digested and see how management invests all that new money they are raising. Nav discount clearly widening going into the dilution event. I have enough energy exposure in $AMLP so I'll keep this on a watchlist for now. Also, I understand the timing of missing the May dividend but Tortoise was strategic in moving up the June record date to make all these new shares dead for a good while.

  Midstream is not the same as making a direct bet on crude prices. These businesses are generally tied more to energy volumes, infrastructure demand, transportation, processing, storage, and exports. For ETF investors, that makes funds like $AMLP and $ENFR worth understanding when global energy flows come under pressure. (3/4)
