I remember reading about this guy a while back - likely due to a comment on the Yahoo Finance board about him buying a significant stake in SCPH.
According to his most recent 13G filing in November, he owns 2,944,942 shares.
I'm not sure what his cost basis was for his purchase of $apen , but I'm guessing he purchased it before the acquisition and may have done well on that buy.
I'm hoping we see SCPH recover soon.
I'm looking at this as a double from these levels within the next 6 months. I believe that's a conservative valuation.
If quarterly revenues are sticky and growing, then this could very well be a multi bagger in the next 12 months, if not a takeover candidate as well.
