@TJHen @shillaxguys @LibertyFreedom So we have Energy Fuels gobbling up both Australian Strategic Materials $ASMMF (https://investors.energyfuels.com/2026-01-20-Energy-Fuels-to-acquire-Australian-Strategic-Materials-to-create-new-mine-to-metal-alloy-rare-earth-champion)and now also Vacuumschmelze GmbH "VAC" (https://www.metaltechnews.com/story/2026/06/24/tech-metals/energy-fuels-to-acqurie-vac-for-19b/2809.html). We now have to wait to see if the MOU between UCore and VAC pans out. UCore still brings processing capability, same as before (I think). Metallium $MTMCF and UCore are partners, and I can totally imagine Metallium becoming a direct partner to Energy Fuels.
View on StockTwits ↗@shillaxguys I'm not so sure of that, but in a good way. I've been in UCore for over 3 years. I found MP first (and others) and got in there. But I came to see UCore as being way more undervalued than MP, and that remains my opinion (no criticism or bear case for MP though). I also have come to see $ALOY as being way more undervalued than MP. I see $MP as undervalued, but my list of rare earth companies that are MORE undervalued is: $UURAF, $MTMCF, $ALOY, $ASMMF.

View on StockTwits ↗$ASMMF I find it interesting that UBS just became a Substantial Holder and JP Morgan, already a Substantial Holder, increased its holding by 20+% just in the last month, despite the fact that the parameters of the deal with $UUUU are already set🤔………..or are they??
View on StockTwits ↗$MTMCF Converted my $ASMMF to Metallium, $MTMCF. * Hey $UUUU guys, if you look at Metallium, ask yourselves which company has more room to grow? Energy Fuels is long established, Metallium is brand new. They're in the rare earth space, AND pulling gold out of scrap E-waste. Much different type of company, but Metallium is partnering with many serious players in mining/rare earths processing...MANY verticles that could be absolutely BANGER if you have some patience.
View on StockTwits ↗$ASMMF Morgan Stanley is up in here, among others. https://wcsecure.weblink.com.au/pdf/ASM/03049264.pdf
View on StockTwits ↗$ASMMF For those of you already in $UUUU, you might take a look at Australian Strategic Materials, $ASMMF. With Energy Fuels acquiring ASMMF, look at exactly WHAT they are acquiring. In short, this is a big step in completing various supply chains. Various companies have been working in rare earth processing for many years. Now the successful ones are really connecting their various skillsets. Meanwhile, owners of ASMMF will have their shares converted to UUUU shares. This will be at a fixed ratio, plus a premium. In the time it takes for the acquisition to complete, the share prices for each should, in theory move together. But ASMMF is a microcap that can still be yanked around with modest funds. So how these move will be interesting.
View on StockTwits ↗@drewkaiser It will be interesting to see if $ASMMF and $UURAF ever have a relationship now that $UUUU has stepped in. I think Energy Fuels wants to do it all by themselves, having bought some refiner from the UK or somewhere over there.
View on StockTwits ↗@TJHen Look for synergies between UCore $UURAF + Metallium $MTMCF + Australian Strategic Materials $ASMMF , which is being absorbed by Energy Fuels $UUUU at a premium. Mine to magnet baby! AND real electronic recycling. A LOT is coming together.
View on StockTwits ↗$ASMMF I find it interesting that one could sell their ASM shares right now and make as much money as UUUU is worth right now, including the special dividend if you waited for the conversion. Tempting.
View on StockTwits ↗$ASMMF Based on last UUUU trade, current fair value of ASMMF $1.39
View on StockTwits ↗@sogenerous I will become an owner of this through my $ASMMF shares once the deal closes, assuming Australia lets the deal close. At that time (mid-summer), I agree $UUUU could very well be $40 per share.
View on StockTwits ↗$ASMMF I’m starting to feel better about this deal
