$BEWFF want to correct my previous statement for the record/ my own DD. The deal states revenues from pre signed on companies will flow to the original owners. So BeWhere must acquire new customers with the product to create value. Either this means they believe they can rapidly grow and expand the business or they can cross sell their own products to these existing clients. I’d hope for both outcomes but I still believe the price is very cheap for a 3 million dollar rev generating company. I would think that profit margins should be expandable considering the company was profiting less than 200k off their revenue. Hard to tell if the deal was worth it at this point but they have the cash and the reoccurring revs from the existing business should more than cover this acquisition. I see it as minimal downside with room for upside. Time shall tell
$BEWFF so we bought an asset that will pay its self off with no growth in 6 years. And it gets us a larger footprint in asset tracking. Not bad I’ll take that deal. Hopefully we can upgrade the resource and improve it. I need to dig into the purchased companies technology and see how it can be improved or what edge it has
$BEWFF This recent release and case study wont be seen by many. But the capability of the tech and how affordable it is will be a game changer in a couple years once 5g connectivity is offered via satellites to the entire earth. If stable growth can come continue I think 2027-2028 will see huge returns.
