$BFXXQ So does anyone know if we need to file a claim to the Bankruptcy court as Shareholders, if we hope to recoup any of our investment, I keep getting documents from Fidelity but it's a legal jargon, and nothing outright says one way or the other.
The sold the assets of the company for 37.5 million, they list debts of 50-100 million.

$BFXXQ any chance of this someone buying them out and getting anything back to like .30? I thought someone mentioned a few months back that they were worth around $1 or so in a buyout. I guess that was wishful thinking.
