Is this currently tradable to public? Have not looked in a bit. And my measly 5000 shares will dwindle real quick with a 50-1 split

Bright Green completed a court-supervised restructuring and merged into PharmAGRI Capital Partners, a new federally aligned pharmaceutical infrastructure platform. As part of this process:
• BGXX effectively merged out of existence
• Its assets, DEA licenses, Nasdaq history, and regulatory approvals were transferred into PharmAGRI Capital Partners
• Existing BGXX shareholders are set to become PharmAGRI shareholders upon relisting

So I see, if it’s legit. There may be two law firms setting up a lawsuit against them for misleading investors with their multitude of lies.
Since looks like they are already being sued. There will never be any money to hand out. Except for to the lawyers of course. So, guess I will right this off of this years taxes. And at least lower my bracket a wee bit. Might get a little something extra something back.
What a disappointment. Shame on me for not doing more research on these obvious scammers. They honestly belong in jail.
