@Duke1983 @coreholder I think you're absolutely right about the uncompensated risk. Consider the underlying SVOL holds for instance. Is it shares? No Buy the index yes If you must, a covered call ETF that holds actual shares is a good idea. So is something like $BUFR On VIX spikes jump into $SVIX But SVOL has struggled yeah
