Trading at 1.6× sales vs its 3.9× historical median P/S.
Fair value ≈ $15.48 · price $6.24 today
Fair-value line = the stock's median historical P/S × sales per share. Price below the orange line = cheap vs its own history; above = expensive. Not investment advice.

View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN finally reversal? Conn IS loading shares before BIG ER?
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN Anyone notice the 2 million shares that traded the last couple of minutes on Friday? Price moved up 15 or so cents, so it was an anxious buyer. Have to wonder who and what they know, if anything. But 2 million shares is 8% of the float and purchased all in one shot. Interesting to say the least.
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN https://ir.byrna.com/news-events/press-releases/detail/249/letter-to-shareholders-from-conn-davis-chief-executive Seems that Conn want communicate to shareholders that he IS working hard and trust on the company. I am in.
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN Old management was good to initiate the spark, but they were totally incompetent when BYRN needed to go to the next level. The mistakes they made absolutely crippled the stock. They transformed a fast growing company to a company in decline. What a disaster to double down in the wrong direction and not focus on law enforcement and security companies. Also the focus on women (nothing against women) has lessened the image of BYRN as a true weapon and many men now shy away from it. So let's see what happens with the new management.
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN even this clown IS quiet now. Good times incoming.
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN totally agree. Old management were good at first. But then they did so bad for the company( thats because sp declined) so at this point its good to see the changes with Conn. I really trust on him .
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN Finally a shakeup at BYRN. The President (previously marketing director) Luan Pham has been terminated. Why CEO Conn Davis promoted him a couple months ago to president is beyond me, but him being terminated is huge. Nothing personal, but he just wasn't qualified. BYRN also hired HLK agency, a well known professional agency. Finally taking marketing out of in-house and to the experts. Seems another shakeup with Josh Schirard, Byrna’s Director of Law Enforcement and Private Security is now on an interim basis. He's been in that division since 2020 and has basically done squat with getting this sector going. As I have told BYRN, the focus should be on this division, so maybe they finally see that as it appears they are looking for someone to finally lead here. Congrats to Conn Davis, who seems to be finally pushing for changes and determined to take BYRN to the next level.
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN updated its leadership as President Luan Pham departs and CEO Conn Davis takes on the President role.
View on StockTwits ↗$BYRN the process continues. Company also dismissing their President
