The CEO is a habitual liar.
Never trust anyone that has a smile that he shows for PR reasons.
Saying on 8/11/25 that the Y/E 8/31/2024 financials were nearly complete was clearly not true.
Everything he said throughout the years has been mislealing or just a lie.
He always stated things are going great,we are growing, and aquiring companies etc.
However those companies turned out were unaudited and he overpaid appox $5 million which was written off--Brilliant .
Now he leave the shareholdes in the dark and unable to sell their shares on the open market.
Think he cares? The answer is no. He caters to family and friends-remember the A1 shares. They did allright didn't they?

BZWR could care less about filing statements. It's been 4 months since they filed the delinquent 2/29/2024 statements. The delinquent statement for the period ending 5/31/2024 still has not been filed.
Saw on Twitter J Brooks account someone asked about the 5/31/2024 and there was no acceptable reason given. J Brooks best response was they have to still go the SEC rules. No Kidding! This has been the case for for years. He said The CEO is working with the auditos and will announe the filing when it is done ( standard answer). Again no Kidding! Still no reason why.
The reason is they do not care whether they file they are still getting paid, or because they have minimal or no common stock holdings, or there are major problems, or they cannot pay the auditors.
I can do a company's statements this size in 3 -4 weeks.

Looks as though this post (see below) was deleted by J Brooks on his X account. At least i do not see it anymore.
So, do not look for any filing anytime soon.

Major updates coming. We are in the final hours of getting 2024 Q2 financials posted. We added resources to our accounting team & built several tools to make reporting faster & smoother going forward. Several other changes happened like settling a major lawsuit which improved our balance sheet and we restructured our debt to improve cash flow. On the sales & operations side, PayPlan's loan processing crossed 200k/mo and we just posted a great case study about the results. (see below)

We have reached a settlement at
@BizWarriorLIFE
in two lawsuits that were ongoing the past several months. Settling lawsuits are always bitter sweet but happy to eliminate the distraction & stop the attorney bills. More importantly, this one improves our Balance Sheet immediately. There are still some procedural tasks to be completed before they’re 100% done. Once complete, we will share the details. $BZWR
