$CAUD For a brief moment, when I read their notice of meeting and I saw that they have a slightly serious CPA firm as their auditors, I though maybe @PeterBordes may have changed. Then on page 20 of the notice, the stated that on April 4, 2025 - "The Audit Committee approved the engagement of (a Nigerian firm) Boladale Lawal & Co, Chartered Accountants as the company's independent registered public accounting firm to audit" - The audit committee approved a NIGERIA chartered accountant firm as independent firm to AUDIT. Peter if you are reading this, you are getting sloppy with your scam, repent and accept JESUS into your life, follow His teachings and you will see life differently. Meanwhile, do you have a CPA firm that will actually do audit the books of the company as "BL" is not licensed to do that.
$CAUD no news on this fraud? Shocking. Looks like $LGIQ has finally been put out of its misery. Any bets on the next scam from Chief 🤡@PeterBordes and chief criminal @empirica_sa ? AI driven marketing for roofing contractors is my bet.
$CAUD Why @PeterBordes and Chen are not in jail is just a failure of the system. How a scam like this is allowed to operate is beyond comprehension - MULN, AULT, NXTP etc are other scams like this one. The people behind this companies, forget that their generations will suffer whatever evil they inflict on people. Its a different thing if the company failed but this ones are just straight up thievery.
