View on StockTwits ↗$CIFR Cipher Mining (ticker CIFR, now rebranded Cipher Digital) does not currently operate any data centers in Pennsylvania and has no publicly announced planned or pipeline data centers there. Its portfolio and development pipeline are concentrated in Texas, with one recent expansion outside the state: Operating/contracted capacity: Primarily in Texas, including the Odessa bitcoin mining site (~207 MW) and HPC-focused developments such as Black Pearl (leased to AWS) and Barber Lake (leased to Fluidstack/Google). Pipeline: Approximately 3.4 GW across seven sites in Texas plus one additional site (Ulysses, ~200 MW) in southeastern Ohio. The Ohio site is Cipher’s first outside Texas; it has interconnection approvals for the PJM market and is targeted for energization around Q4 2027, positioned for HPC use.👉👇2
