View on StockTwits ↗$CORT Firstly the ALS data IMO is the future 2-3x growth. Secondly screw Wolfe and their $50 target> TARGETS Piper $165, Canaccord $161, HCW $165! Painful that I needed to sell 20% today as my $5-10/share bag holdings had made the % in my portfolio just too big. Still holding 80% though for my many future dream vacations. Good luck and much future prosperity Longs!
View on StockTwits ↗$CORT CORT should be $300 Top cancer drug launches of all time Keytruda: $50mm developed in house by Merck Lifyorli: $47.6mm. ( market cap is $11b) Revlimid: $32.4mm (acquired for $74b) Herceptin: $30.5mm (acquired for $46b) There is a huge disconnect between what industry will pay for lifyorli and public market price. A $300+ buyout offer would be in line with recent historic acquisitions. The only, and I mean only reason CORT is below $200 is because short sellers have dumped $1 billion + of stock. Corcept is worth $300. Any share bought below $150 is likely to double. I’m buying aggressively here. $300+ buyout coming….Short squeeze incoming!
View on StockTwits ↗$CORT Amazing: 87% reduction in ALS risk of death with a next-to-zero p value of 0.0001, or a next-to-sure-thing efficacy. Dazucorilant (for ALS) market potential: - US Cohort: 33K to 36K (say 35K) - Time line: P3 to start by mid 2027, approval in H2 2028 - Rare (orphan) disease with ASP ~ $150K ot $250 (say $200K) per prescription per year - TAM ~ (35K x 200K) $7B - Sales surpassing $1B in 2030-2031 (15% penetration); - Peak sale surpassing $2B in 2032-2033; (30% penetration); - Contribution to CORT's valuation (4x to 5x Peak Sales) ~ $8B to $10B Adding to CORT's valuation, we still have Korlym/Relacorilant for CS, Relacorilant for PROC, Miricorilant for MASH and Nenocorilant for solid tumors. Folks, in a BO, CORT should be worth north of $30B or > $300 per share. GLTA and Cheers!
View on StockTwits ↗$CORT I know there's competition but is Kalpit Patel at Wolfe Research - who gave CORT an underperform and a $50 price target on Monday - the least qualified analyst in the business? Seriously, he covers oncology/rare diseases and his full medical credentials are that he was once a pharmacist. No joke. I feel bad for anyone who lost big shorting CORT based on his guidance. (Yeah. Not really.)
View on StockTwits ↗$CORT just sold few hundred shares... Core position still intact, but it was getting to big comparing the rest of my portfolio... Still so bullish. Saw the new PT of 165$ from some analysts.. Amazing :)
View on StockTwits ↗$CORT Positive (86%): The earnings beat and raised 2026 outlook put direct upward pressure on CORT's stock price by increasing expected future sales and earnings, with the reported 27.9% gain indicating that a substantial positive repricing was already underway. View on StockTwits ↗$CORT "Corcept Therapeutics (CORT) is significantly expanding its neuroscience footprint following landmark clinical results for its proprietary selective cortisol modulator, dazucorilant, to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)"! There is no cure for ALS ( Lou Gehrig ), 87% reduction in the risk of death is remarkable! "87% Risk Reduction: Patients treated with the 300 mg dose of dazucorilant experienced a massive 87% reduction in the risk of death compared to placebo over a two-year tracking period (p < 0.0001)"
View on StockTwits ↗$CORT Second point: they are profitable, and highly candidate for M&A. Pharma must be looking.
