There are scams like Mark Miller where they can reactivate companies with the state and take over dead tickers. Moreover, fake Twitter accounts can pop up that use the reactivation as a catalyst to pump and dump a stock. Also, the CEO getting changed on OTC Markets does not mean they have access yet.
Knowing this, the probability of $EGDD being a scam is now 90%. If that 10% chance hits, you'd make parabolic gains. But there are multiple stocks right now that are better lottery tickets.

Me: Just as background, J Michael Johnson (who you know, I think) incorporated PRP Scientific last month. He then started that Twitter page above, saying he was going to merge PRP into EGDD, which sent the stock flying. But then never followed through on promised updates, and the stock has tanked, which led to folks saying SCAM. I'm one of those EGDD shareholders and trying to sort fact from fiction. As the CEO of ILAL, I know you're sensitive to shareholder manipulation. Maybe I should invest in ILAL instead!
