SPARC AI TO DEVELOP A NEW ASSET TRACKING DEVICE
June 6, 2024 – Toronto, Canada – SPARC AI INC. (CSE: SPAI) (OTC: EGTTF) (“SPAI” or the
“Company”) is pleased to announce it is developing a new asset tracking device for monitoring high
valued assets.
The small device will house the SPARC AI microchip and provide geospatial awareness and location
tracking without GPS, Bluetooth or camera. The device to be designed with intermittent recording of
location to run on low power and remain covert. The SPARC AI data recordings could be shared on
scheduled time frames via private, public and military communication networks. The data could also

$EGTTF The technology worked on and over water in the same way it works on land. It is feasible that the technology would work between countries separated by sea.
There were no assisted technologies used in these tests. Existing technologies such as lidar (light detection and ranging) has a short range (a few hundred metres) and sophisticated camera and software technologies including photogrammetry will have limited use in this test given the distance and limited visibility to the target location.
Anoosh Manzoori, chief executive officer, said: "The company has completed a series of tests on land. This includes tests at elevations, whilst traveling at 100 km/hour, at night and with a blindfold on a camera, and on and over water. These tests are strategically important for building a land to air to sea solution without the need for expensive high-end cameras, sensors and lidar technologies."
