Empire State Realty Trust Inc is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that owns and operates office, retail, and multifamily properties located in New York City, prominently in Manhattan. Its portfolio includes office and retail space as well as residential units. The company's objective is to maximize cash flow and total returns to its shareholders and to increase the value of the properties. Its reportable segments consist of a real estate segment and an Observatory segment. The majority of revenue is derived from the Real Estate segment, which includes all activities related to the ownership, management, operation, acquisition, redevelopment, repositioning and disposition of its traditional real estate assets.

AT $ESRT of $5.45 a share current market cap of $880 million this undervalues assets by 90%. Current Value of ESRT worth $23-28 a share compared to current market cap of 880 million. $23 is only 1.8 billion for Empire state building and all NYC assets.

Looks like highest daily volume yesterday in many years which should end up being a large weekly volume bar as well. I'd risk off last weeks lows which would negate the higher low bottom look (and create new monthly lows). But, could also go off March low. Thanks for sharing. 💰

The value of Empire stat building is $10 Billion. AT ESRT market price of $5.8 a share is has tiniest market cap of $890 million. AT 10+ billion this translated to enterprise value of $63 + a share just for ESB. Empire state building is most famous building in the free world and the observation deck alone is the single most profitable real estate in the free world. I believe ESRT is 10 Bagger at thi s tiny price $5.8. James Dolan is heavily rumored to be readying a bid tf ESRT of $25-27 a share. Onece bid arrives Hot tech money will send shares much higher.
