$NVDA Nvidia Chief Scientist Bill Dally: “90% of the power in data centers is going into inference” This is the clear next phase of the AI trade. We highlight a potential 10-bagger (already +35% for us)… Model training and compute, while looking infinite right now, will slowly deccel in growth. This has been seen before, in another major tech revolution, and we can learn from there what the next major winners will come. The companies that will generate major recurring revenues from the maintenance of inference. Power. Water. Waste. We saw names like $VRT $MU $AAOI and $FIX go up in multiples years after the initial start of the AI trade, and many more will follow. Know where to look. https://kryptonresearch.substack.com/p/the-next-ai-trade

View on StockTwits ↗Here are some of the most prominent themes that our team is focusing on: Data center cooling: $VRT $MOD $FIX $JCI $CARR This Datacenter Cooling watchlist captures the ultimate bottleneck of the AI era: as hyperscale clusters hit severe power and thermal walls... $VRT continues to dominate institutional flows, backed by a strong Q2 organic sales growth guidance of 20%-24% and the strategic closure of the ThermoKey acquisition to lock in next-gen AI factory architectures. Electrical and mechanical pure-play $FIX is demonstrating incredible structural alpha. Fueled by dense tech deployments, its Electrical segment surged 88% YoY in Q1, ballooning its total legally committed backlog to an all-time record of $12.45B. This healthy market pullback drops these premium compounders like $MOD right back into vital technical support zones. Are you staying loyal to liquid cooling pioneer $VRT, or accumulating $FIX for its unassailable $12B+ backlog moat?
View on StockTwits ↗Our latest pick is now live. So far the AI trade has been defined by the picks and shovels, which makes total sense. Markets bid chips Nvidia ARM (a 300%+ winner for us) AMD Intel etc… Then they went to the input names for these chips and racks such as Micron and Sandisk in memory, and AAOI, Lumentum, Coherent, etc… in optics. If it wasn’t at the chip/rack level, it was inputs such as power with $CEG, $VST and $GEV, or names like $VRT $FIX, etc… But what about AI in the real world? AI applications is the ultimate goal. Today we cover a company that is actually leveraging AI to transform its business and its offerings… and unlike normal SaaS in the current market (although NOW CRM CRWD have done well recently) is being questioned for their stickiness… our name is in the single most “sticky” vertical in the world.
