$GCPEF Still a slow & steady slide. No news from the company about what's going on. Although I do know polysilicon prices have taken a hit globally. Last 2 quarters showed losses & decreased sales. The BS looks like they've sold off some assets; maybe a business line.
Don't see a turnaround imminent. But book valuation is still around $0.22. Even a year of losses at current rate only brings it to $0.19. They still got $500M cash. Enough for for well over a year to get their act together.
$GCPEF They announce a dividend and it still falls! I would add mor buy my broker has this on some kind of list; I can only sell currently. Something to do with it being a foreign stock and no SEC reporting.
$GCPEF Way under-followed stock. This one supplies the raw materials to solar manufacturers. When they boom, this will follow. Additionally this is trading close to book value. But high enough above, so that any stock issuances aren't dilutive. It is also a rather large company. Much less prone to other manipulation antics.
Unfortunately no more ADR means foreign transaction fees. Less flip-able, but again, less manipulation. Good LT hold.
$GCPEF What am I missing? Is this recent drop just the Chinese market; or company specific?
