Structure Therapeutics Inc is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel oral small-molecule therapeutics to treat a wide range of chronic diseases with unmet medical needs. Its differentiated technology platform leverages both structure-based drug discovery and expertise in computational chemistry to discover and develop small molecule therapeutics against G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). The group operates and manages its business as one reportable and operating segment, which is the business of research and development of medicines that target chronic diseases with unmet medical needs.

$GPCR we are ROLLING! Up around 2% every day for the past month! I know the sector is up but seems like GPCR is up the most (compared to VKTX & KLRA). Anyone else think a buyout announcement may be coming on Monday July 6th?
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX ..Curious as to what Gemini has in its database when prompted to compare $GPCR and $VKTX from a WS angle...What is the data showing in financial terms...so its 'readings' are strictly in the eye of the "cloud"...maybe a CHATGPT has its readings..so here goes..glta! "The Final Consensus...Wall Street does not view this as a situation where one stock must go to zero for the other to win. The market opportunity for anti-obesity drugs is projected to cross > $100 billion, leaving plenty of room for both configurations. Today’s capital flow....proves that the street is funding both angles: Hedge funds are actively cornering the VKTX float to capture explosive, high-efficacy clinical data moves and acquisition spikes, while conservative asset managers are banking a multi-billion dollar floor in GPCR to own the cheapest mass-market manufacturing infrastructure of tomorrow. Holding VKTX exposes you directly to the highest-octane alpha generator on the biotech tape." ***risk/rewards
View on StockTwits ↗$GPCR $VKTX GPCR could be BO by idiots at MRK or FDA could report first case of Dili from $LLY Orfo and GPCR go down 80% .. wait and see which happens first.
View on StockTwits ↗$GPCR One heck of a run this month!!! Now the question is, is a buyout leak of GPCR making VKTX run or is a buyout leak of VKTX making GPCR run? Or unrelated that they are both up +20% over the past month? Feels like something big is about to happen for one of them in the next couple weeks. GPCR doses 1st patient for phase 3 around August, so early July would be a logical time for BP to announce? $VKTX
View on StockTwits ↗$GPCR Sanofi $SNY is getting some love..... GPCR up over 25% in the past month..... Buyout news leaking??? Sanofi's new CEO gonna put them as a front-runner in the obesity market by buying GPCR?
View on StockTwits ↗$GPCR I am gonna go with GPCR on July 6th, 2026. Look at the 20+% "run-up" in June.....
View on StockTwits ↗$GPCR $VKTX $NTLA - which one is gonna get bought out first?
View on StockTwits ↗$ALT $GPCR $PTN $RYTM $VKTX It is not global appetite for MCR4 .. it is bio hedge funds that can’t get over the rip off of orphan drugs such as from RYTM. But I agree while years behind PTN may represent a descent alternative.
View on StockTwits ↗$PTN $RYTM $VKTX $GPCR $ALT The valuation difference b/w Rhythm and Palatin is completely surreal. RYTM is nearly 380 times the size of PTN, despite PTN holding next-generation oral and weekly assets targeting the exact same MC4R mechanisms that RYTM just validated at the ENDO conference. RYTM massive $7.3B valuation proves the massive global appetite for MC4R obesity therapeutics. At a tiny $19M market cap, the mkt is completely ignoring this company.
View on StockTwits ↗$GPCR $NVO $VKTX GIP is the ONLY compound in late testing that results in improved weightloss, diabetes/A1C control and MASH lipid reductions while decreasing side effects. GPCR is over 5 years behind Viking and peptides are the future of medicine whether you realize it or not… In addition, NVO is the world’s largest peptide manufacturer. They are not going to buy a small molecule company…
View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX $GPCR Based on my own DD, here is how I am positioning in the weight loss drug M&A space. GPCR and VKTX are both worth ~$15 billion. AbbVie ABBV took themselves out of the running with their $11 billion Apogee announcement this week. (maybe because they lost a bidding war for GPCR in April/May that isn't yet announced???) GPCR list of buyers: Sanofi (SNY), Roche (RHHBY), Merck (MRK) GPCR Timeline: Either announced by August 1st (Pre-Phase 3 dosing) or >1 year away because management is asking for too much $$$ VKTX list of buyers: Novo Nordisk ($NVO) VKTX Timeline: October / November 2026 IF BL will sell for a reasonable $15 billion range. They can't "Go It Alone" and compete and NVO knows that, so NVO is just waiting until Viking agrees to a realistic premium. IMO, the 'holy grail' is not VKTX's best-in-class peptides but instead it is GPCR's suite of small molecule drugs that can be sold by the billions at $50 a month and still make a huge profit.
