@TimeToFly84 @eljam82 reverse split its needed when a company has been trading under $1 for 30 consecutive busineess days if not mistaken, then the company has 90 days to get back above $1. Reverse split is a tool and changes nothing in fundamentals. A recent case the stock $GULF got under $1 and performed a reverse split back in 2020 I had the stock at a time then sold later on. Go look on how its trading now. The value on shares do not change, the same when a split is performed such as $AMZN today they did a split 20 to 1. Value and fundamentals did not change.
