$HGLB nobody trusts that NAV with over 30% in level 3 crap as top holdings
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB Added more here yesterday @7.70 Nav is climbing back to 12.24 (CEFC) Discount to Nav back to 37%
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB NAV barely moved up. If they still own $FRMI it can’t be that much (although this fund is shady as hell so you can’t really trust any of their NAV calculations)
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB Added here at 7.90. 33% discount to Nav paying 65% ROC should be good for a taxable acct. I believe they sold or greatly reduced the FRMI position as its no longer listed in the top 10 holdings... Too bad they didn't do that last Fall :(
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB Apparently Highland Global doesn't give a 💩about their investors. Their web site STILL reflects their December 2025 NAV of $12.25 and here it is the middle of May! Ya have to go to other sources to obtain it. Currently $11.73 (CEF Connect). I've made good money on this in the past, key word, PAST! It seems to have lost its luster and because of that, I sold off all my shares yesterday toward close at $8.13... Huge market day today and it's still struggling. Up $0.01 to $8.10. WOW! Proceeds better invested with Gabelli funds (GAB, GGT, GUT). And too, just no volume to really speak of. Good luck. I'm out! 🍀🍀🥃
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB Here's the NAV ticker for Highland Global since they can't bother updating it on their site. Sad at $11.62. 😠 https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/XHGLX/history/ .
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB Highland Global continues to 'flounder' like a 🐟 outa water! Hell, Global can't even take the time to update their website with the latest NAV (here it is the end of April and they still have December 2025 number - $12.25). Ya have to turn to CEF Connect to get it. NAV currently sits at $11.67 (30.1% discount to NAV). Avg. 52-Wk Discount to NAV is 28.3%. Based solely on this stat., share price should be $8.37 +/-. Closed Friday at $8.16. Now 6-months behind the divvi 8-Ball. Nothing critical for the time being given the pile of pesos already banked. But looking for an exit plan nonetheless. Lesson learned from the Ox $OXLC ... Don't take your sweet ass time thinking it's going to pull out of the slump. Still happy I got out of the Ox when I did at $13.15! 🍀🍀🥃

View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB HGLB Pays a wonderful monthly dividend Nice discount price also https://www.ad-hoc-news.de/boerse/news/ueberblick/highland-global-allocation-stock-a-closed-end-fund-s-global/69030156
View on StockTwits ↗@Keith1950 Not overly concerned at this point with $GGT. The markets are dragging all their top company holdings down. Those will pop back up. Probably later than sooner but I’m confident they will. It’s a shit show for sure! The Goot $GUT is hanging strong! That said, given where $HGLB has dropped, I added a little more to an otherwise small position (at $7.7850). :-/
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB Man! This thing is fallen of a cliff, and I don't know why it's down so much. Was thinking about getting in around $8.40, glad I didn't, it would have been another case of poor timing on my part.
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB @PennyWeasel Fidelity shows NAV was updated yesterday 3/25 and now sits at $11.64.
View on StockTwits ↗$HGLB This one has been a bit disappointing after getting back into it on February 13th at $8.80 with small buys along the way up to $9.00. Last buy on March 4th at $8.90. Now sitting on an $8.42 share price with ex-div. on March 24th for $0.0850. Behind the 8-Ball by almost 6-months. Can only sit, wait and collect the divvi for now. Hopefully we're near the bottom. NAV sits at $12.25 with no current updates. Neutral! 🍀🍀🥃
