So let me see if I get this. A subsidiary of the company bought some chunk of the company using cryptocurrency. Is that right?
Also in this release:
"Please note in December 20th, 2023, the company website hmnuglobal.com was hacked and the entire web files deleted. High Perform Tech will be managing the website and the IT infrastructure for the Company."

$HMNU Good to know that investors start to take action against crooked managements!
Announcement - my firm @otclawyers has been retained by a shareholder group of $BBIG retail investors to investigate the last 4 years of corporate board actions including claims of; self-dealing and self-enrichment; diversion of assets; unlawful funding transactions; breach of numerous reporting and other fiduciary duties and responsibilities; as well as numerous possible federal law(s) violations. $HMNU I'm not a specialist in this subject, but maybe if a company looses 100% of revenue they have to address that in the filing rather than show that ridiculous 900 units sales target!!!
