View on StockTwits ↗$APRN $IPVF I sure hope so. Been in this stock well over a year and a lot longer than I ever intended. Wondering if it is futile to be excited about what EOD tomorrow could bring? 🤔
View on StockTwits ↗$APRN the $IPVF SPAC merger is officially over tomorrow. I wonder if there will be any EOD announcements from anyone related to anything around any of the involved companies. I'm assuming no, but you never know 🤷♂️
View on StockTwits ↗$APRN @jfer333 @phatso @big_@Big_Plastic I am hoping you are better at reading SEC filings than I am. $IPVF (the Aspiration SPAC) filed an 8-K on 8/22/23 which I just read. It states this: “On August 22, 2023, the Second A&R Merger Agreement was terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(n) thereof effective on August 29, 2023. Such termination constitutes a Qualifying Termination (as defined in the Second A&R Merger Agreement) pursuant to Section 9.03(b) of the Second A&R Merger Agreement. InterPrivate III cannot provide any assurance that it will receive the termination payments to which it is entitled under the Second A&R Merger Agreement or the timing thereof.” Does that mean the Aspiration IPO is officially dead? If so, I assume Mr. Sanberg would also lose any rights effective August 29? Does that then open the door for the next M&A to proceed - or am I reading too much into this?
View on StockTwits ↗$aprn I don’t know what the $ipvf spac falling apart means for BA but I do know it’s worth more than $50 million and they are not currently dependent on the Sanberg funds. And it’s still set up nicely for more room to the upside after a little consolidation.
View on StockTwits ↗$IPVF enough dicking around here, get this show on the road
View on StockTwits ↗$APRN straight from the 10Q the Company $IPVF is entitled to receive a termination fee of $7,000,000 from Aspiration Partners Inc. (“Aspiration”) if the merger transactions under the agreement are not consummated on or before August 31, 2023 (such date as extended the “Outside Date”). The Company currently has less than 12 months from the date these financial statements were issued to complete a business combination, the latest date by which the Company must consummate an initial business combination is September 9, 2023 or March 9, 2024
View on StockTwits ↗$APRN $IPVF can i get an explain this to me like i’m five please… does this have anything to do with Sanberg pipe or is it a penalty for Sanberg being illiquid? This isn’t an out for Joe? Thanks…
View on StockTwits ↗$APRN $IPVF this is the $7M that Mitch mentioned on the call 💥
View on StockTwits ↗$APRN "the Company is entitled to receive a termination fee of $7,000,000 from Aspiration Partners Inc. (“Aspiration”) if the merger transactions under the agreement are not consummated on or before August 31, 2023" $IPVF Aspiration better IPO already or fee's will head their way. Just give APRN your money already sheesh
View on StockTwits ↗$IPVF $APRN has anyone got to comb through this as of yet? Seems like end of month, well just get a “5th amendment” smh 🤦♂️ just Fn ipo already
View on StockTwits ↗$aprn backstory on Aspiration spac ($ipvf). Oct 2022 ties these two companies together in so many ways. Both have shifted their strategies. Aspiration needs to de-spac and succeed I believe if $aprn is to get money from its collateral. So much money lost in these two businesses for Sanberg. https://www.forbesafrica.com/finance/2023/03/13/a-floundering-fintechs-risky-reboot/
