Kalaris Therapeutics Inc is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing therapeutics for prevalent retinal diseases. View on StockTwits ↗@ELNINA thanks for flagging. i may invest. $KLRS th103 could potentially solve the treatment frequency burden seen with existing treatments, but in a more clever way compared to other next-gen approaches like $OCUL or $FDMT. one watchout is the intraocular inflammation that arose in ph1a study. it sounds like they may have fixed this issue, but if this comes up again in their ongoing ph1b/2 study, this may be a no-go for big pharma acquirers. at current fdmc ($280M) with ~$120M cash with multiple reputable biotech funds (including srinivas' samsara), i think i may place a bet on this one. they will be presenting more data from their ph1a this week at a conference so will keep an eye out for updates there.
