$LITE down 11% off 711, this breakout reversal is getting ugly on 3M shares. watching the bid absorb around 630 here. what level you guys watching on my fade list: https://tapeboard.com/go/st/research/LITE?utm_source=stocktwits&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=olivia&utm_content=lite-bk-dn-watch&utm_term=research
View on StockTwits ↗$LITE great opp at that 600 level. With these pullbacks across the board LITE is the best in class. Much more reasonable valuation now. High long term growth involves high pain. Not easy to hold through these times.
View on StockTwits ↗Market sentiment feels completely disconnected right now. The current rule seems to be: Anything related to AI? → Sell. Anything unrelated to AI? → Buy. Brutal open across semiconductors: $AEHR $SNDK $LITE $COHR $AAOI Many down around 10%+ today. The interesting part is that the market is not necessarily differentiating between companies — strong AI infrastructure names and weaker setups are getting sold together. This is what happens when positioning gets crowded and investors rush to reduce risk. The key question: Are fundamentals changing, or is this simply a sentiment reset after a massive AI run? Long term, AI demand, data center expansion, and semiconductor growth remain the main drivers. But in the short term, price action is king. Watching which names stabilize first could reveal the next leaders. Is this a healthy AI correction or the start of a bigger rotation?
View on StockTwits ↗The market is brutal right now. AI-related names are getting hit hard: $AAOI -15% $SNDK -13% $LITE -12% $NBIS -10% $MU -9% The market is selling almost everything tied to the AI infrastructure theme. But the important question is: Is this a breakdown in fundamentals, or just a massive reset in expectations? AI stocks have had huge runs, and when sentiment shifts, even strong companies can get punished as investors reduce risk. Short term, momentum and positioning are driving the move. Long term, the focus remains on the same things: AI demand, data center spending, semiconductor growth, and real revenue expansion. The biggest opportunities often appear when the market stops separating winners from losers. Watching which names hold key levels and which ones continue breaking down. Is this a healthy AI correction, or the start of something bigger?
View on StockTwits ↗$GLW $LITE $AAOI $COHR I don't even know who’s left besides Applied, Lumentum, and Coherent but all being dragged by Corning's “Poor” results. Basically, growth is slowing and they also have some weakness in smart phones bc of the mempory shortage cusing price increases (they make the $AAPL iphone screens). I think the entire sector is exiting out of pure hype phase. $LITE had gone up 100% YTD just a few days ago and basically optical hasn't been hit as hard. If I had to bet on one company long term thats public it’s $LITE. $GLW is an industrial company & never should have been trading at that FP/E but it’s a great long term company. Still have a few shares at a cost basis of ~$25 in my retirement account. I had already trimmed $COHR after its gains. The only one I will never touch again is $AAOI Its done this before and unless the CEO & whole board are gone, avoid they lie. It went from about $100 to $20 real quick
View on StockTwits ↗$MU $SNDK $LITE $COHR it looks like the AI bubble is finally bursting. It's going to take months to work off the excessive speculation that's built up over the last couple of years. Don't be fooled by upcoming fake-out rallies in AI stocks.
View on StockTwits ↗$AAOI guess these are getting cleaned up by $GLW ER. $COHR $LITE
