$LUCD I keep seeing pics from this National Team Meeting on Linked In, and from the photos, you would think this company is just absolutely crushing it. 3 days at the beach, a fancy ballroom with a pianist, matching t-shirts. They must be turning a nice profit right? No? No profit, well they must be on the cusp of break even right? No? Well, they must have coverage right? More than just a small regional NY plan? No? Well, they must have at least a year of runway right? NO????!!!! We should have a National Investor Meeting. It would have to be remote, because we're all poor, and we can just bitch and moan and frown a lot.

View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD $PAVM continued from last post: * if we don't get the draft the first week of September, we run the risk of another offering from lucd. They would have burned through the $18M from the last round and I don't think they will let their cash balance drain to $0
View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD $PAVM Given it's 10 months post positive CAC, I think it's safe to say: * management had absolutely no clue or perhaps intentionally misled investors when they said end of 2026 was likely. It's meaningless when they say imminent or near future * we can't point to a 3-month technical hiccup and say it's responsible for the lack of a draft * we can't say the positive cac will result in an expedited draft * it's getting harder to blame a backlog and administrative delays at moidx. I believe they have a certain process and they are working within their normal flows * historically (within the last 3 years), there are actually few draft lcds issued by moidx each year - on the order of 3 to 5 per year. The focus on hoping each week for a draft is wasted energy at this point From what I have seen, here are my predictions, * first chance for the draft this summer will be July 9 or 16 * next chance will be about a month later on August 13 or 20

View on StockTwits ↗@PortfolioMgmt23 Many thanks for your detailed response. Now, I understand your somewhat large holding in $LUCD and will look forward to any updates you provide on ST.
View on StockTwits ↗@PortfolioMgmt23 In your opinion, what are the chances of Medicare coverage in early July and, if that happens, what is a likely $LUCD price immediately following announcement of coverage?
View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD another week of nothing, what is that, 26 in a row? I’ve lost count. Maybe we get a 4th of July surprise…but, probably not.

View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD What the hell are doing here people (MolDx and commercial payers)? https://www.observertoday.com/opinion/commentary/2026/06/two-decades-of-madness-raging-on/ "When his esophageal cancer was discovered, it was at an advanced stage. And that is usually the problem. There are no symptoms until it’s too late. The oncologist advised us that he could live three to five years. I sat there thinking, “What can I do to see that he makes it past five?” He told me later that he thought, “I’ll never make it to three years.” He lived a year and a week."
View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD We do have buyers stepping in today to support it, it seems 👍🏻
View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD I guess we should be glad we didn't have to wait over 4 years for our CAC meeting? https://www.discoveriesinhealthpolicy.com/2026/06/slow-lcds-some-date-snapshots.html?lctg=383355958 And in this case, they waited just over a year post-CAC for their draft LCD. Makes me feel like we are still well within a "normal" range for a draft, if there even is such a thing.
View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD This stock, always keeping us guessing. For weeks now people have been posting "no LCD this week, it's under $1." No LCD again and we're up 4-5% on decent volume. At this point, I have thrown all my expectations and predictions out the window. All I know is that the product Esoguard/Esocheck is extremely valuable and I hope that somehow, someway, that value will someday be realized.
View on StockTwits ↗$LUCD Worth bumping this to the top. This LCD was ahead of Esoguard in the queue. One changed detail that doesn't affect the point: the draft LCD publicly dropped Aug 28, and the open meeting was Oct 8 (thanks to an astute reader for making me check my memory).
