It is already trading OTC, so the Form 25 filing is a formality. However, after the Form 25 is effective, they intend to file a Form 15. This will terminate its registration with the SEC. The company will no longer be subject to SEC reporting requirements after the Form 15 filing. They won't be required to make any more 10-K, 10-Q, or 8-K filings after the Form 15 is effective.
$LYRA Maria still holds 1.1M shares and Jason 519K…clearly they don’t view their stakes as worthless...at this point just acquire it for $10 a share and put an end to the chicanery..and don’t take this as investment advice..this could absolutely go to zero, so any position should be treated accordingly...that said, I find it difficult to believe the enterprise is truly worthless🤷♂️

(the “Company”) received a letter (the “Letter”) from the Nasdaq Hearings Advisor at The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company has withdrawn its appeal of the delisting determination issued by Nasdaq’s Listings Qualifications Staff on February 2, 2026. The Letter further confirms that as a result of the withdrawal of the Company’s appeal, trading in the Company’s common stock will be suspended at the open of trading on Tuesday, March 17, 2026."
