Trading at 10.1× earnings vs its 10.4× historical median P/E.
Fair value ≈ $10.19 · price $9.87 today
Fair-value line = the stock's median historical P/E × earnings. Price below the orange line = cheap vs its own history; above = expensive. Not investment advice.
$MFA This stock is up 20% the last year when you add in that 16% dividend. One of my favorites. I do hope they soon fully cover the dividend though. Let's just get ready to collect that dividend next week and I will be buying more shares after ex date!
View on StockTwits ↗$USOI Happy belated PAY DAY everyone! This one that makes it offical $USOI divs for 2026 >GREATER THAN 2025 and we got 6 months to go!!!! These cupon divvys went $SLVO <---- It willl bounce and more nice divs to come & $MFA got to grab some more b4 div ex date for the long hold. Also finished my $PMT position this month. Good Luck Everyone! GROW THAT MONEY TREE!
View on StockTwits ↗$MFA Are you bullish yet?? Told you guys 10%+ by July 3rd!! $RITM is next.......$10 incoming by earnings day. These will drop next week after divy but rebound quickly I think. RITM will eventually pay us 100%!!! Mark this post! Paytience.

View on StockTwits ↗$PFFA just added about 1 minute before this post. Some fixed prefs such as $mfA B and $ciM A are also down today.
View on StockTwits ↗$MFA With an upgrade to buy and $10.50 price target today..........these analysts are always a day late! I called this price target on June 15 and said we would make 10%+ by July 3. Let's see if it plays out for us. $RITM is next, grossly oversold and undervalued! I still think RITM goes back to $11 very soon. Maybe I am just brainwashed and in love with it........but I know the potential. Ignore the noise!!
View on StockTwits ↗$MFA Big buy signal on this. $9.82-10.50 by July 3rd and you will collect .36 dividend in 2 weeks. That's like getting 10% + for 3 weeks of investment..........seems hard to beat that, IMHO!!!
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM and $MFA Paytience......I dont see a rate hike coming and I think the market priced it in on REITs. Easy money IMHO!
View on StockTwits ↗$MFA .36 dividend announced......not bad return on a $9 stock!!
View on StockTwits ↗@razorsedge4343 I agree. They really oversold these REITs.....$RITM and especially $MFA are easy money. I'll take $1.44 a year on a $9 investment.......
View on StockTwits ↗$RITM $MFA $AGNC $SOFI $SYF Call me crazy, but I think the street is pricing everything for a rate raise that will never come.
View on StockTwits ↗@Broview $RITM and $MFA will both be announcing dividends this week or next. RITM will be .25 and MFA should be .36. RITM is well covered.....and MFA is mostly covered.
