Trading at 0.0× sales vs its 0.4× historical median P/S.
Fair value ≈ $85.98 · price $0.43 today
Fair-value line = the stock's median historical P/S × sales per share. Price below the orange line = cheap vs its own history; above = expensive. Not investment advice.
$IRBT sorry for stock holders that had an exit with $AMZN at over 60 dollars a share. Very disappointing for you guys. The company really stop innovating when they were told they were going to get acquired. Ceo jumped shipped and the stock price tank. Going private should help them qualify for any govt subsidies but stock holders here are going to 0 it seems. It's doing what $MODV did before it went 0
View on StockTwits ↗Even with this week’s gains, $MODV is still down over 90% from its highs. If you’re holding $MODV, make sure to check this before you scroll past. #ModivCare #MODV https://11th.com/cases/modivcare-investor-suit
View on StockTwits ↗$MODV $DCGO So that the entire board sees my response, on the differences between now-bankrupt MODV and DCGO.
View on StockTwits ↗@BioAB Not the same in terms of Fiscal Discipline on the part of management. $MODV had over $1B in Debt at time of bankruptcy, and debt was so high, MODV was incapable of making their minimum payments on interest on the debt. Whether you want to call $DCGO "lucky" in contrast, the high cost contract for immigrant healthcare during COVID, put DocGo in a position where they had no debt and plenty of cash to endure through any downturn, which they had when that NYC contract ended. DCGO not only has no debt and cash for operations, they bought Steady MD for mostly (if not all) cash in the deal. As for exact operations, DocGo is in markets where MODV was not, and DocGo has a broader suite of services at this point. Plus, I like the CEO of DocGo and have a lot of confidence in him (BK in itself speaks poorly of the MODV CEO).
