View on StockTwits ↗$MTH 🏠 Meritage Homes – Scaling In Here I started building a position here. After a lengthy correction, MTH has broken above the descending red resistance while continuing to respect the rising support structure that has been guiding price higher for years. The recent breakout sits right at the confluence of multiple trendlines, which is exactly the type of setup I look for. 📈 Downtrend resistance broken 📐 Long term support channel remains intact 🔄 Structure shifting back toward higher highs and higher lows 🏠 Strong risk/reward from current levels Stochastic has crossed higher from a lower region and RSI is turning up around the 50 level. Momentum is not overheated, which leaves room for further expansion if buyers continue to step in. I am scaling into a long position here and looking for a move back toward the previous highs around 100+... 🟢 Setup remains valid while price respects the rising support channel. ⚠️ No financial advice.

View on StockTwits ↗See if we can get a nice bounce to 42 to 43 area for $NAIL today on the Berkshire's acquisition news. $TMHC $MTH $PHM $KBH
View on StockTwits ↗$TMHC TMHC experienced a significant increase of 21% after Berkshire Hathaway agreed to purchase the homebuilder for approximately $8.5 billion in an all-cash transaction. Berkshire will pay $72.50 per share, which is a 24% premium compared to TMHC's closing price of $58. This could be a good sign for long term investment of severely beaten down housing sector. I can't quite pick the winners, so I'm just going with $NAIL. $MTH $PHM $KBH are gaining on the news. https://www.gurufocus.com/news/8893153/taylor-morrison-home-tmhc-surges-21-following-berkshire-hathaway-acquisition-announcement
