$NMHLY The latest on the IPO that I can muster up, as it relates to those who converted their shares to "ordinary". If an IPO is offered, as it appears will indeed happen since NMC elected not to sell, there are two things that can happen with the shares.
Shares will become eligible for issue under the new IPO and your existing shares will convert at the rate which the company values its new shares during IPO. That does not mean they won't reverse split them to reduce quantity, but it's possible they will not for those who converted to the class A ordinary shares.
The company could offer to buy your existing shares at a fixed price prior to the IPO, which would allow them to offer a lower price and clear out the outstanding shares prior to issuing new shares during an IPO.
For those who did not convert, I don't think they have an obligation to honor those shares, as the only thing I can find is that they only have to honor the class A Ordinary shares.
$NMHLY looking like there will soon be a new IPO for this company... when? Not sure, but signs indicating end of year or beginning of 2025. I do know that they chose not to sell the business. Thoughts?

Hadley joins NMC from Mediclinic International, where he worked for three decades including the past 13 years as the CEO of Mediclinic Middle East.
