Never heard about a Chapter 11 process, which just has been proposed and finished before 45 days. E.g. August, 4th or before the hearing will take place:
"A hearing to consider the approval of the Disclosure Statement, confirmation of the Plan, and any objections to the Disclosure Statement or Plan will be held before the Honorable Christopher M.
