@yourock Regarding where you are currently living, $PAOTF may be worth a go, it has pissed recently some people in the US industry because European countries selected them through NATO. They coproduce with Ukraine and are equipping entire french division with it.
It may require further DD for european taxes for companies to see how much it weigh on a company margin for a system meant to be attritable. They have contracts, but margins may be low due to french tax system
