At this late date this strongly resembles a failed reverse‑merger attempt. Upstryve likely attempted to use ProBility as a cheap public vehicle, but the shell was too distressed, the company couldn’t raise capital, filings weren’t maintained, the stock collapsed, and the transition never completed.
This is a textbook example of a reverse‑merger that never successfully took hold.

Also go to their Google reviews to leave a rating, a low rating will put pressure on them to do something. Hit them where it hurts financially until they become Pink Current again, then this thing will run and see new highs.
