@dontbesoconfident great question, I’d like to know as well. I prefer all cash for $PEN especially at the premium $374 per share. Just sayin
View on StockTwits ↗$BSX IMHO and based on the silly tools I use :-) , I think that the volume-weighted average price between 05/15/26 and 06/30/26 (the end of the ASR) is roughly $48.35 yesterday's push down of the stock price significantly reduced that price tag. If this is true, the $2B ASR would buy about 41M shares of Boston Scientific. Is that how $BSX plans to pay for the stock portion of $PEN ? If yes, the big question is what will be the stock price at the close of the transaction? It is obviously in the interest of the company and its shareholders to have that as high as possible.... Do your research, this is my personal opinion and not an advice to buy or sell the stock.
View on StockTwits ↗$BSX few more under 43 . I’m either a genius or a moron. I genuinely don’t see the bearish thesis here. Guided flat after hyper growth . Label expansion coming and $PEN closing . Next year should put us back on track . Thought market was forward looking ?
View on StockTwits ↗@Eyore Right prior to $PEN closing. Could be somewhere around here imo.
View on StockTwits ↗$PEN why aren't we trading closer to the buyout price $374? I was under the impression we could choose cash payout, so BSX share price drop this year shouldn't matter??

View on StockTwits ↗$BSX What about $PEN vote on buyout. Is that completed?
View on StockTwits ↗$BSX This was a pretty solid close, considering. It maybe marks, together with $PEN vote today, beginning of a turnaround in price of the stock.
