$USREF $PLMJ Canadian Supreme Court has approved the arrangement/merger. https://tacticalresources.com/tactical-resources-announces-receipt-of-final-order-approving-arrangement-with-plum-acquisition-corp-iii/

View on StockTwits ↗$USREF $PLMJ SPAC Insider did a podcast with Tactical leadership. Great info. One thing I take away from it is that they do believe the valuation is fair, and since the valuation is from last year, with the current climate with the recent bullish RRE, they decided to not relate the company. There is still plenty of meat on the bone for it to go $15-20. You can buy USREF for $1.10, it will convert into .87th of a TREO share, which is $8.70+. $USAR has a $2B MC and commons are around $12, $TREO will be around $600M MC, and there is ongoing mining, excellerating the process. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/tactical-resources-and-plum-acquisition-corp-iii-fast/id1567687507?i=1000737598908

View on StockTwits ↗$PLMJ Just an FYI, they filed an amended F-4 today, and it has the proxy card added, and it has set the Extraordinary meeting for December 22, 2025. When the Government reopens, they will be effective
View on StockTwits ↗$PLMJ $USREF Please don’t buy, as I am looking to buy more as cheap as possible. I am up to 44k shares.

III - 10Q - Updated Risk Factors New risk: Potential Nasdaq delisting of Plum's securities if the Business Combination isn't completed by January 27, 2025, risking liquidity, trading, and compliance challenges. #Risk https://d-risk.ai/PLMJ/10-Q/2024-12-20
View on StockTwits ↗$PLMJ SPAC merging with "Tactical resources". Current spac market cap 110M. Pro forma = SPAC shareholders 4.8% SPAC sponsor 12.8% Existing co 80.5% Capital advisors 1.95% At $10, The proposed business combination with Plum Acquisition Corp. III implies a pro forma enterprise value of $589 million. I dont understand why they are taking an OTC stock with $7M market cap other than to drain the pockets of retail investors. They could have uplisted themselves instead of SPACing. Then it would be a good trade for us retailers, but SPACs are straight doodoo for retail. Plum 1 took the company $VEEA public. It is now $2 stock.
View on StockTwits ↗$PLMJ So this is surely going to go up with the hype of china rare earth blockage. I hate SPACs though, and they are never structured to benefit retail investors.
