It was incredibly costly, and time consuming. AI is the special sauce the mortgage industry has long needed. They literally print money, will go up eventually. The only thing I don’t like is all these damn adds for rocket money… I saw one and figured the only way they can see what your subscriptions are would be to give them access to your bank account. I did not want to do that, so I guess I’ll never know 🤷♂️ . Hopefully they can do something with the data from people that stupidly give them that information
