View on StockTwits ↗For $LRHC, acquisition-driven revenue growth is only valuable if acquired offices retain agents, integrate systems and improve contribution margins. Revenue alone does not prove value creation. $EXPI $RMAX $COMP
View on StockTwits ↗$LRHC’ operating thesis is based on consolidating fragmented real estate services and increasing revenue per transaction through brokerage, title, mortgage and related services. $EXPI $COMP $RMAX

View on StockTwits ↗The $LRHC thesis requires more than acquiring revenue. Management must consolidate systems, reduce duplicated costs and improve contribution margins across the acquired brokerages. $EXPI $RMAX $COMP

View on StockTwits ↗@Vigilantetrader1 paper value increasing because of interest but if people aren’t buying it before they aren’t going to buy it now magically It’s a fake cycle . Real estate is dead the whole market has to collapse so value can be found . Either way I agree with you that real estate stocks will pump a little but heck I’m holding $RICK $RMAX . I like Rick because it’s commercial real estate not trying to sell overpriced condos and homes.

View on StockTwits ↗$LRHC $COMP $RDFN $REAX $RMAX The real estate sector is entering a consolidation cycle. Compass acquired Anywhere. Rocket acquired Redfin. Real Brokerage is acquiring RE/MAX. The winners will be platforms with agents, technology, AI, and scale. $LRHC is a micro-cap playing in the same long-term trend.

View on StockTwits ↗$RMAX $REAX Three things wrong in one post: RE/MAX is one of the most recognized real estate brands on the planet, not "not a brand" Real is the fastest growing brokerage in North America, not "slow to the game" Cash component is $60-80M out of $880M, under 10%, not 25% Clean sweep of being wrong. Maybe sit this one out 🤡 180k agents, $2.3B combined revenue, $373M market cap. The math isn't bearish, you just can't do it
View on StockTwits ↗$RMAX the structure of the deal with$REAX is not good. $RMAX should call off this deal. All cash deal would be fine but giving REAX shares is not worth the deal.
