該試點項目合約總價值約為 700 萬美元，是台灣部署長航時無人系統執行海上監視和執法任務的關鍵里程碑。
根據官方授標公告，TCO 在四家合格的投標公司中排名第一，並被選為最有價值的投標公司，這反映了政府對其係統整合能力、營運準備和執行能力的認可。
美國OEM廠商合作及NDAA+藍色無人機系統協調
該計畫基於與美國無人系統製造商Edge Autonomy的合作，採用Penguin C Mk2.5垂直起降固定翼無人機平台。該系統具備長續航力、垂直起降能力以及用於執行持續海上情報、監視和偵察任務的整合光電/紅外線有效載荷。
