I warn all those who may think to do that, they're dealing with a Scumbag who walked away from Smart for Life and the Devastation under his watch. Cervantes has completely turned away and is pretending there was no harm, no foul to Shareholders. I'm sorry that's just not right. Cervantes Caused Major Harm, He Fouled, and he should be held responsible. The last financial press release showed the company has considerable value. Now where is the recognition of that to Shareholders. The stock is on the OTC Expert Market and cannot be bought, only sold. $DGNX Look at the scam done by $SMFL.. for 2 years, they diluted every month for acquisitions telling retail that they are building $100M portfolio.. dilution and unlimited reverse splits.. and finally landed in otc and currently 0
$SMFL no clue how they are operating a manufacturing facility and have loans payable without filing returns. The company is still running and selling stuff online. Looks like they are manufacturing stuff for other brands as well.
