View on StockTwits ↗$UVIX $SRS Last month I did the bold thing of selling all my SRS at 46.65 and exchanging it for UVIX at 11.72. I haven't sold UVIX yet, but I'd be satisfied with at least a 30% gain, since I've been holding SRS for two years without any real benefit. I've sold all my SRS, but I have no doubt that real estate prices will fall. This hasn't changed for the past two years.
View on StockTwits ↗Last month, the contract was almost concluded, but the contract was not signed due to a change of heart on the part of the owner of the subscription rights. However, thanks to my wife's (licensed real estate agent) persuasion, I deposited the deposit for the subscription rights contract today. The completion date has not been set yet, but it is expected that occupancy will be in October at the earliest or November at the latest. Once the move-in date is set by the district office, you must sell the $SRS you have owned for two years to cover the insufficient subscription rights funds. If the location were south, I would have had a perfect view, but the price was too high, so I chose southeast. I lived in southeast two years ago, and now I live in southwest, but I think there are pros and cons.

A 20% return on real estate investment is a lot of profit, but I was too greedy. Comparing the $XLRE chart with actual real estate transaction prices in Korea over the past few years, the two charts move almost identically. I predicted it would drop to $33 by 2025, but I was wrong.

I think I made a bad investment with $SRS. I've owned it for almost a year, but I haven't seen any gains. I plan to sell everything by October. Anyway, the view of the river flowing ahead is beautiful. To the right is a national garden, but it's a shame the contract fell through.
