Trip.com is the largest online travel agent in China and is positioned to benefit from the country's rising demand for higher-margin outbound travel as passport penetration is only 12% in China. The company generated about 79% of sales from accommodation reservations and transportation ticketing in 2024. The rest of revenue comes from package tours and corporate travel. Before the pandemic in 2019, the company generated 25% of revenue from international travel, which is important to its margin expansion. Most of sales come from its domestic platform, but the company is expanding its overseas business. The competes in a crowded OTA industry in China, including Meituan, Alibaba-backed Fliggy, Tongcheng, and Qunar. The company was founded in 1999 and listed on the Nasdaq in December 2003.

The YoY booking surge is the real star here. $TCOM’s international bookings are climbing 65-90% over the last year, and at $43.75 the stock looks undervalued with a 6.9x TTM P/E, 48% net margins, 20% ROE, and $17/share in cash. I see this as a multi-horizon play that’s been overlooked by most. https://app.k3vl4r.com/r/tcom-ai-stock-forecast-202837df7a35b712c0c7b0c9309887b6?utm_source=x&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=report_drop&utm_content=TCOM #TCOM

View on StockTwits ↗$PLNT +3% $BBW +5% $TCOM +1% While the market struggles, these names continue showing relative strength. One thing I’m noticing: money isn’t disappearing — it’s rotating. As AI and high-beta momentum stocks sell off, investors are looking toward companies with recurring revenue, strong cash flow, healthy balance sheets, and durable demand. Three names worth watching: $PLNT • ~21.5M members, 2,900+ locations • Q1 2026 revenue: $337.2M (+21.9% YoY) • Gross margins >80%, EBITDA margins low-40% • Asset-light franchise model $BBW • TTM revenue: ~$527M • Gross margins 55%-56% • Net margins ~10% • ROE near 36% • Trading around 8x earnings $TCOM • Q1 2026 revenue: RMB 16.2B (+17% YoY) • International bookings +65% YoY • Inbound travel +90% YoY • ~$15B cash & investments These aren’t hype trades — they are quality businesses with strong fundamentals and long-term catalysts. If capital rotation continues, these overlooked names could have room to recover.
View on StockTwits ↗Capital Rotation! 3 Resilient Consumer Stocks Standing Strong As high-beta AI names sell off, smart money is rotating into quality consumer businesses with strong cash flows and solid balance sheets: $PLNT (Planet Fitness): 2,900+ locations. Q1 revenue hit $337.2M (+21.9% YoY) with 80%+ gross margins. High-margin franchise model remains a cash machine. $BBW (Build-A-Bear): Highly overlooked. TTM revenue of ~$527M, ~36% ROE, and trading at just ~8x earnings with active buybacks. $TCOM (Trip.com): Q1 revenue hit RMB 16.2B (+17% YoY), with international bookings up 65%. Loaded with ~$15B in cash. These aren't hyped-up momentum plays, but highly defensive champions with multiple growth drivers.
