$ZIM simple to understand. The $35 takeover bid is fixed, any dividend paid before it goes straight to shareholders.
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM Maersk raised guidance from $4.5-7 billion to $8-10 billion. This is HUGE. $ZIM Should see guidance increase in higher proportion due to its rate exposure. And any increase goes straight into higher profits and dividends.
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM Welcome back to the Covid-era shipping profits.
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM 8% week over week and there is more to come in the next few weeks. Huge Q2 and Q3 to come 🔥🔥
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 they are selling their shares because they know it ain’t going through
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM Less than 12% of his holdings sold. This is insignificant.
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM Dear doubters and shorts executives selling small percentages of their holdings might indicate they are preparing for a major change in the near future. If they unloaded more than 40% of their shares that might indicate buyout is in trouble. These are small portions of their holdings.
View on StockTwits ↗$ZIM Wonder if the new CEO is now working with the Israeli government and assuring them H-L will give them what they want, even if it means appending or tweaking the deal a bit. The government (multiple departments) up to this point has come out and said they are against the deal. It appears there will have to be either some heavy convincing or H-L will have to amend the B/O offer.
