CVS Health offers a diverse set of healthcare services. Its roots are in its retail pharmacy operations, where it operates around 9,000 stores primarily in the US. CVS is also a large pharmacy benefit manager (acquired through Caremark), processing about 2 billion adjusted claims annually. It operates a top-tier health insurer (acquired through Aetna) through which it serves about 27 million medical members. The acquisition of Oak Street Health added primary care services to the mix, which could have significant synergies with all existing business lines.

$CVS I’m not paying attention too much but it feels like a safe haven play. Market down cvs up. Market up cvs down. Let’s see when the BIG down comes. Sooner or later it’s coming.

View on StockTwits ↗$VKTX $LLY $NVO I just spoke with a very reliable GLP-1 Medicare Bridge program patient, who was so frustrated with Lily Zepbound, that they are considering moving to Novo! First, it took them three weeks to resolve a “key”number problem between the pharmacist, Lily, and the doctor. When they finally received the medicine, they brought it home, watched the video and realized that there were no “Quikpen needles” for the Zepbound Quikpen (This is the only way to access the medicine)! They returned to the $CVS pharmacist who informed them that they needed a SECOND prescription for the needles and that they would likely cost more money! What? They are currently fuming and so frustrated with the entire Bridge program and in particular Lily’s manipulation of the medicine that they are likely going to change their prescription next month to Wegovy. How crazy and shortsighted is this sh __!? I AM A SHAREHOLDER OF LILY AND I’M TRULY EMBARRASSED! Come on Novo, buy VKTX
