$DHC I'm pretty sure it just closed at the highest price it's reached in at least 5 years yesterday. It's come a long way from when I bought it 3 years ago when it was $0.65 with a 0.025 price-to-book ratio or some such. I wonder how much higher it can go only having a $0.04/year dividend. It's definitely one of my big home runs which helps mitigate the feeling of butthurt I suffer for having lost money on various mortgage REITs and crypto. (Hopefully crypto will turn around soon, too.)
